10 MHz frequency standard with GPS receiver
The 10 MHz frequency standard test instrument is based on Jupiter GPS receiver, precisious 10 MHz VCXO controlled by Microchip PIC MCU and control logic circuits.
Beside the standard 10 MHz signal is also 1 Hz signal from GPS receiver available. Other informations supplied by GPS are available
on RS232C serial port.
A bottom photo shows GPS receiver with frequency standard connected to Hewlett Packard 5314A counter. It counts 1-sec test signal from GPS receiver.
