This wide band rf amplifier is usable up to 240 MHz and offers either analog output or digital TTL output which is limited to 140 Mhz. The lowest input signal is -30 dBm in whole frequency range up to 240 MHz. The rf amplifier is powered from ±5V.

The prited Circuit Board has size 0.6" x 1.7" (15.6 x 43.2 mm) and it must be built into the shielding box.
